​How many TPA’s encourage input from the client? This is an essential component of our approach to claims administration at Murphy and Beane.
Murphy & Beane TPA experiences a low turnover within our claims staff, with adjusters ranging from 10 years to 44 years with our company. We promote a Team Approach, which translates to open communication and sharing of ideas and experiences among staff members. Whenever an unusual fact pattern appears, we often turn to each other for input as to how to maximize results for our clients. Moreover, we continue to always engage in continuing education to learn new trends in the workers’ compensation arena. ​

Our Claims management standards are also based on the belief that employers are best served when case reserves reflect the expected and ultimate cost of the claim based on the most current information available. Every case is reviewed on a case-by- case basis. Every possible reduction of reserves will be explored.
