Murphy & Beane experiences low turnover within our claims staff, with adjusters ranging from 10 years to 44 years with our company. We promote a Team Approach, which translates to open communication and sharing of ideas and experiences among staff members. Career
Rose De Leon is a highly seasoned workers compensation claims professional with certifications including, WCCA, WCCP, SIP and is a Certified Paralegal. Her career began as a receptionist in 1987. Over the next 3 years, she worked on the applicant side and in 1991 she switched over to the defense side at Murphy & Beane Law Firm. Rose continued to gain experience and work her way up the company. She wanted to understand the integration of claims and legal to better communicate and bridge the gaps between them.

Background
Rose De Leon came to the United States from Guatemala when she was a baby and became a US Citizen when she was 18. It was always her dream to own a business, especially a TPA. Her hard work paid off and she is now the owner of Murphy & Beane TPA.
Rose hopes to inspire the next generation of women and minorities to believe in their professional goals and see that hard work really does pay off! |
Interests
Outside of work, Rose enjoys hiking and traveling. She enjoys supporting her community through a number of philanthropic activities, from volunteering with non-profit organizations to making donations to underprivileged children and teachers.
